As Virgin Racing prepares for its Grand Prix debut in Bahrain today, the team is pleased to announce a new partnership with Sorocred, a Brazilian provider of pre-paid credit card systems. The agreement between the team and the Sao Paolo located company is initially for the Bahrain Grand Prix where the VR-01 race cars will carry the Sorocred logo.

Graeme Lowdon, Virgin Racing’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Sorocred to Virgin Racing. It is great to have them join us for our Grand Prix debut in Bahrain and hopefully throughout the rest of the season."

Nilton Ferreira from Sorocred, said: "We are very happy to be partnering with Virgin Racing and pleased to be supporting the arrival of a new Brazilian driver to Formula 1. It is very exciting to be with the team during their Grand Prix debut and also with Lucas as he makes his own debut as a Formula 1 driver. We wish the team well today."
