Vitaly Petrov, currently Russia’s only Formula 1 driver, will take part in a promotional event in Sochi next month.
A demonstration event will take place on a temporary track around Sochi’s city centre on Sunday 17th July. The event will offer fans an unmissable opportunity to see Vitaly and watch a Formula 1 car be put through its paces.
The Black Sea resort is set to stage Russia’s first ever F1 Grand Prix in 2014.
As for now, Vitaly will be in action in Round 8 of this year’s Championship when he drives at the European GP in Valencia this weekend.
