Bryan Bouffier has trimmed Juho Hänninen’s overall lead to 5.1s with three stages of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge round remaining.

The Peugeot France driver edged his Škoda rival by 3.7s through the 17.07-kilometre Uchan-Su stage. However, it was Andreas Mikkelsen who was quickest through the run to move back into contention for the final podium spot.

Mikkelsen, in his Škoda UK Motorsport Fabia, is now 12.9s behind Jan Kopecký heading to the mid-morning service halt in Yalta, having lost ground on the previous test.
