Andreucci fights for second spot

Paolo Andreucci has underlined his determination to secure second place on Rally d’Italia-Sardegna by winning the 14.12-kilometre Monte Olia stage.

Although Juho Hänninen maintains a healthy lead, Andreucci has edged five seconds clear of third-placed Jan Kopecký on the fifth round of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge.

Thierry Neuville remains in fourth with Bruno Magalhães closing to 26.9s of Teemu Arminen in fifth.
