Luca Betti says Rallye Monte-Carlo, which opens the 2011 Intercontinental Rally Challenge this week, is an ‘experience outside the ordinary’.
Betti, who will drive a Peugeot 207 Super 2000 on the centenary edition of the event, has contested a handful of IRC rounds in the past, including Rallye Monte-Carlo.
He said: “Monte-Carlo is my favorite race, it’s something magical, fascinating, inspiring, an experience outside the ordinary. The race will be very challenging and at the start there will be the best drivers in the world with the best teams to support them. Much will depend on the weather conditions but I am ready.”
