Sam Bird has picked up a 25 second time penalty after the race stewards declared that the Briton repeatedly cut the chicane during this morning’s feature race in Monaco.
Bird, who finished fifteenth on track after a problematic pitstop pushed the Briton down the field from sixth place, has now been relegated to eighteenth on the grid for tomorrow’s sprint race.
