ROAL Motorsport WTCC regular Darryl O’Young announced his return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the second time of his career in the French Enduro since 2009.

The Hong Kong driver who claimed tenth position in last Sunday’s WTCC Race 2 in Hungary, ill join Italian team, AF Corse in the GTE-AM category. He will be behind the wheel of a Ferrari 458 Italia GT2, teaming with Italian racers Lorenzo Casè and Piergiuseppe Perazzini.

“I am happy to return to Le Mans on the 90th anniversary of the 24 Hour race. Le Mans is a completely different kind of competition compared to WTCC, but I have been active in endurance racing throughout my career and I feel well prepared. I will race for the top Ferrari team in the world and in a strong driver line-up, so we will be aiming for nothing less than a class victory,” O’Young said.
