HTTT: Rebellion snatches pole for the Le Castellet 6 Hours

Neel Jani bagged the LM P1 pole for the Le Castellet 6 Hours in the no. 12 Lola-Toyota entered by Rebellion Racing. Manu Collard in the no. 16 Pescarolo-Judd gave the Swiss driver a run for his money, but Jani held on to pole by a few tenths of a second with a time of 1m 46.783s.

In LM P2, Mathias Beche in the TDS Racing Oreca 03-Nissan came out on top in 1m 48.928s. Newcomer, Nicolas Marroc, was quickest of the Formula Le Mans in 1m 53.659s.

LM GTE – Bruni and Amarindo bag pole positions

After three free practice sessions, the LM GTE cars took to the track for qualifying. In LM GTE Pro, Gianmaria Bruni, Giancarlo Fisichella’s team-mate, bagged pole in the AF Corse-entered Ferrari F458 Italia in 1m 58.522s.

Nicolas Amarindo in the no. 67 IMSA Performance Porsche 911 GT3 RSR topped the time sheets in LM GTE Am in 1m 59.370s beating three of the Pro teams in the process.
