Johnny Cecotto joins Arden International in Jerez

Venezuelan driver with British squad in final post season test

Arden International is pleased to announce Johnny Cecotto will be testing with the team for the final GP2 Series 2012 collaborative test at the Circuito de Jerez.

The 23year old Venezuelan driver started his GP2 campaign in 2010 and finished 9th in the GP2 Series 2012 Championship with Barwa Addax Team.
Johnny will be joining the team for the final day of the test on Friday 23rd November.

Richard Dent, GP2 Team Manager comments: “We are very happy to have Johnny join us for the test in Jerez. Johnny has shown great potential, especially this year, with two wins and two podiums. We are looking forward to working with him and having a successful day together.”

Johnny Cecotto Jnr comments: “I was very happy to receive the call from Arden to test for them because they have a great season behind them this year and I think they are highly professional. I’m very eager to see the potential of the car and have a good day of testing together.”
