Bruno Magalhães will begin his preparations for Rally Internacional de Curitiba with a two-day test in France from this Thursday (11 February).

The test, which is due to finish the following day, is being held on gravel roads and will give the Peugeot Portugal driver a valuable opportunity to adjust to driving on loose surfaces. The next two rounds of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in Brazil and Argentina are on gravel.

Magalhães, who finished seventh on Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo last month, said: “The last time I drove on gravel was in Portugal last June so I am happy to get this chance to practice.”

Peugeot UK driver Kris Meeke was also taking part in the test, which has been arranged by Peugeot Sport.
