 Base and service park: Valence (Parc des Expositions Le Polygone) and Monaco (Quai Antoine 1er).
 Surface: tarmac, with snow and ice.
-Weather: wintry, with temperatures generally varying between 0°C and 10°C. Risk of snowfall and ice on the special stages.
 Sunrise and sunset on the first day of the rally: 8.14am / 5.21pm

 Technical information: Spare parts (transmission, subframes, steering racks and turbochargers) are not shared with any other rallies.
 Tyres: 45 Michelin tyres to be chosen from among 30 Pilot Sport S (soft tyres), 20 Pilot Sport SS (super soft tyres), 10 NA00 Clouté (studded snow tyres) and 20 NA00 (non-studded snow tyres).
 Reconnaissance: Saturday 12 (8am – 8pm), Sunday 13 (8am – 7pm) and Monday 14 January (8am – 7pm).
 Shakedown: Tuesday 15 January (8am – 10am) on a 3.6km-long stage on the plateau de Lautagne (8km south of the Valence service park).
 Route: 18 special stages (10 different stages). 468.42km of timed sections. Total distance: 1,820.72km.
