François Delecour has blamed a lack of concentration for a spin early on stage 12 of the International Jännerrallye, which took place in heavy rain.

Delecour, who hopes to contest up to 10 rounds of the FIA European Rally Championship in 2013, holds fifth overall on the Austrian event but said he was far from happy following his rotation at the wheel of his Kronos Racing Peugeot 207.

“I spin at the beginning of the stage, I was sleeping, I am unhappy against me,” said the rallying legend.

Out front Bryan Bouffier has trimmed Jan Kopecký’s overall advantage to 16.7s after he beat his Czech rival by 7.3s through the stage.

Jaromír Tarabus is running out of order after an electrical problem struck his Kresta Racing ŠKODA. He continues to hold ninth overall but might drop down the order when time penalties are applied.

Stage 13, Arena Königswiesen, gets underway at 09:10hrs local time. The stage measures 7.79 kilometres in length and will take place in wet conditions
