Sebastien Ogier continues to lead Rally Guanajuato Mexico but there was drama for Mads Ostberg who suffered a puncture.
The Rally Sweden star, running second on the road in his Ford Fiesta RS WRC, stopped approximately 13 kilometres into the stage with a deflated tyre. He was eventually able to complete the run but was more than four minutes off the pace.
Stage two winner Ogier was quickest once again by 1.4 seconds and now leads Citroen team-mate and multiple Rally Mexico winner Sebastien Loeb by 1.6s in the overall standings.
Jari-Matti Latvala was again the highest-placed Ford Fiesta RS WRC driver, clocking the third-quickest time. However, he remains fourth overall behind third-placed Petter Solberg.
Mikko Hirvonen continues to be hamstrung running first on the road in his Fiesta. The Finn is 30 seconds adrift of Ogier with one gravel stage of the morning loop remaining.
