Yesterday Mehdi Bennani and Norbert Michelisz sat for the first time at the wheel of their new Honda Civic racing cars.
Assisted by JAS Motorsport technical staff and Honda factory driver Gabriele Tarquini, Proteam Racing and Zengö Motorsport completed a brief test at Tazio Nuvolari circuit located at Cervesina in Northern Italy. Thus was the only occasion Bennani and Michelisz had to drive their new cars before they are shipped from Livorno’s harbour to Morocco.
“It was a brief test, but I had a good feeling. Now I’m eager to drive the car on the streets of Marrakech,” Bennani commented.
